Key Account Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Liaison to join our team at Crane Cartage & Freight. As a Key Account Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our account management processes.
Responsibilities- Client Communications: You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, handling all aspects of client communication, including conflict resolution, issue escalation, and status updates.
- Account Management: With direction from the Account Manager, you will manage invoices, account receivables, and ensure timely payments.
- Process Improvement: You will work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
- Skillset: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; technical competence (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Paid Time Off: 136 hours of paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays.
