About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Print Account Executive at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will be responsible for selling Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to printers, graphic houses, and fulfillment companies within an assigned account list.

This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Novi, MI so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.

Your Impact

You will develop strategies to penetrate accounts with the key decision makers within assigned account list. The focus is on placing Canon equipment and solutions in new accounts.

You will report customer activity to management, identifying customer requirements, competitive trends, and changing environments.

You will develop strategic plans to address customer's requirements on a local basis, including short-term and long-term goals.

You will provide marketing, technical, and administrative support to the named accounts' internal departments to ensure outstanding relations and excellent customer support in all facets of daily activity.

You will develop plans to introduce/place Canon technology, service, software, and 3rd party solutions to address customer requirements.

You will establish high-level relationships with customer base that will enhance long-term working partnerships.

You will gain new market share through strategic prospecting and ability to meet customer requirements by utilizing all resources available efficiently.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

You will bring a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of related experience.

You will have experience in office technology, business-to-business, outside sales experience.

You will have strong communication skills, including the desire to build solid working relationships.

You will have an interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry.

You will have the ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.

You will have some travel required within the local market, may include overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
