The Global Key Account Executive will serve as NEXPERIA's primary liaison to various clients, responsible for formulating the account strategy and spearheading all related initiatives within NEXPERIA. This role is pivotal in establishing Nexperia as a trusted advisor to our clients, reinforcing our market leadership with Global Key accounts and other customers in the region, while fulfilling NEXPERIA's global growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize NEXPERIA's sales and profitability at the account level, taking ownership of relevant Key Performance Indicators and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Gain insights into the client's business strategy, opportunities, and challenges. Identify avenues for NEXPERIA based on this understanding and assist in customizing NEXPERIA's Value Propositions specifically for your clients.
  • Comprehend the formal and informal hierarchy, pinpoint decision-makers at the client organization, and devise relationship strategies to enhance NEXPERIA's standing at the account.
  • Utilize a thorough understanding of power dynamics and relationships to create and effectively execute negotiation strategies and tactics in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
  • Advocate for and articulate customer needs internally at NEXPERIA, ensuring that appropriate priorities are established to execute the strategy.
  • Monitor logistics and quality performance effectively, delegating issues to relevant stakeholders within NEXPERIA when necessary.
  • Ensure that all key internal systems and processes are updated regularly with accurate information.
  • Develop a Customer Business Plan (5-year sales plan, TAM/SAM/QSAM analysis, etc.) that clearly communicates expectations and requirements to NEXPERIA to achieve business objectives.
  • Collect and relay market and competitor intelligence to the organization.
  • Facilitate technical workshops with clients.
  • Build, motivate, and sustain strong, successful sales teams.
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in the Automotive sector with Tier 1/OEM accounts or comparable experience as a Field Application Engineer, either in the semiconductor industry or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A detailed technical understanding of Automotive applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power Discrete and Analog Semiconductors, as well as the Automotive industry, is desirable.
  • A proven track record of working in multicultural and international teams.
  • The ability to execute swiftly and skillfully while involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A team player who embraces responsibility and aspires to be part of a winning team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
