Job Title: Executive Assistant and Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant and Office Manager to provide exceptional support to our executive team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
  • Organize company events and team-building activities, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Monitor office budgets, ensuring effective financial management and control.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong understanding of office management and daily operations, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, preferred but not required.
