Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our next Executive Director. As the chief executive officer, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team, ensuring the fair and equitable delivery of services, and promoting the growth of diverse and quality community programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to advance our mission and goals, including outreach, training, production, programming, and promotion.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of an earned income strategy, identify and pursue opportunities to broaden our base of financial support, and ensure the effective management of our resources.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our community partners, stakeholders, and supporters, and promote the value of media arts and culture in our region.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including the management of our production facilities, administration offices, and personnel.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles, with a track record of success in strategic planning, team management, and community engagement.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, marketing, and fundraising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate our mission and goals to diverse audiences.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, depending on experience.
