Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer at Career Group Companies. This is a unique opportunity to work with a top-tier recruiting agency and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and board meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key partners and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing documents, emails, and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Level Executive or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven track record of calendaring, scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Discreet nature with strong judgment skills, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
