- Experience and Proven Track Record: Minimum of 7+ years as a personal/executive/travel assistant, preferably with UHNW individuals.
- Technical and Organisational Skills: Proficient with digital platforms for scheduling and task management.
- Personal Attributes and Skills: Strong communication skills with a respectful demeanour, ability to adapt to different situations, and fluent in English.
- Educational and Licensing Requirements: Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Travel and Flexibility: Willing to travel extensively within the US and flexible in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
