About the Role

Piano Cleveland is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to support the organization's day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing the donor database, coordinating events, and maintaining office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development Support: Work with the Director of Philanthropy & Marketing to provide administrative support for fundraising events, including invitation design, sponsorship tracking, and creation of collateral.
  • Organization Administration: Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, including drafting agendas, preparing meeting documents, and organizing hospitality.
  • Program Engagement: Assist with volunteer engagement, including co-organizing volunteer outreach and serving as the main volunteer coordinator during summer programming.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning and growing.
