Piano Cleveland is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to support the organization's day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing the donor database, coordinating events, and maintaining office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Development Support: Work with the Director of Philanthropy & Marketing to provide administrative support for fundraising events, including invitation design, sponsorship tracking, and creation of collateral.
- Organization Administration: Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, including drafting agendas, preparing meeting documents, and organizing hospitality.
- Program Engagement: Assist with volunteer engagement, including co-organizing volunteer outreach and serving as the main volunteer coordinator during summer programming.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning and growing.
Piano Cleveland offers a competitive salary, paid vacation and sick time, health insurance benefits, and a retirement account with employer match.
Office hours are 10am-4pm, with additional hours needed for special events on evenings/weekends (scheduled in advance). Flex time may be used for required events that occur after work hours.
Piano Cleveland is a flexible work environment, with work-from-home days approved as requested as long as there are no required in-person events.
