Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Envoy Air.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate the activities of workers in one or more occupations, ensuring seamless execution of customer service operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates the activities of workers in one or more occupations, interpreting company policies and enforcing safety regulations.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
- Maintains time and attendance records, as well as personnel files and performance records.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a team environment and prioritize work and projects to meet competing deadlines.
- Show initiative and critical thinking skills.
- Work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.
- Minimum age of 18.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Valid state driver's license.
