Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Collections: You will be responsible for collecting medical debt from patients and clients, utilizing standard procedures and scripts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional service to our patients and clients, responding to telephone inquiries, gathering information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: You will communicate effectively with patients, clients, and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about our services and policies.
  • Teamwork: You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, prioritizing tasks, and escalating issues as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Experience: Two to five years of industry experience in medical revenue cycle management is required.
  • Skills: Proven understanding of the medical revenue cycle, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

The work environment is an office location, and the position requires the dexterity to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time with frequent bending and stooping.

Additional Notes

Must be able to work any 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, and occasional Saturdays. Pay rate: $16-$16.50, eligible for quarterly bonus.
