Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Service Operations Director to lead our mechanics shop. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The Heavy Duty Service Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including scheduling and managing workflow, as well as coordinating with mechanics to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service tickets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing workflow.
  • Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.
  • Implement and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a service management or similar role in the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using service management software and tools.
