The Customer Service Specialist role at Service Experts is a full-time, regular position that requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Work with sales and service coordinators to improve scheduling and response times
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative software
