Human Resources Clerk

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources File Clerk to maintain and organize all employee files. The successful candidate will perform general office tasks to assist the human resources team and ensure a clean and efficient flow of paperwork through the HR offices.
Key Responsibilities- Creation and maintenance of all personnel files, both active and inactive
- Performing HRIS and SharePoint data entry, including new hire documentation, training and compliance documentation, and orientation and training paperwork
- Providing clerical and operational support, including running background checks and following up with managers regarding missing or incomplete paperwork
- Assisting with regular file audits for compliance purposes and maintaining high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information
- Performing general office clerical duties, such as basic data entry, answering phones, and preparing materials for new employee orientation
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have high ethical standards, confidentiality, and cultural competence
- General computer skills and experience with basic Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and HRIS applications are a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized with a valid WA State driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
