Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team at True Team Medical in Norfolk, VA. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing case assignments, engaging with community partners, and conducting initial assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case assignments for team members
  • Engage and maintain community partnerships with stakeholders
  • Conduct initial assessments and introductory contacts with persons served and referring professionals
  • Routinely solicit feedback from individuals and families regarding satisfaction with services
  • Provide crisis monitoring and tracking, including aftercare reviews
  • Attend court hearings and client-related meetings as needed
  • Monitor utilization of caseloads and provide consultation for crisis situations
  • Review clinical documentation and make recommendations and approvals as needed
  • Provide support on the use and interface of electronic systems
  • Participate in service recovery activities as indicated by complaint and grievance policy

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Counseling or related field
  • Associate license, supervisee, or licensed therapist in the state of VA
  • 3 years experience in related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
