Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Sentara PACE. As a clinical supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our frail elderly patients and ensuring that they receive the highest level of care possible.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise LPNs and CNAs on the shift for a specific unit
  • Act as the charge nurse for the unit or serve as the point of contact for the facility
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • VA Registered Nurse License (RN) required
  • BLS or Associates Degree required
  • 1 year nursing experience preferred
