Clinical Supervisor for Frail Elderly Population

As a Registered Nurse with Sentara Healthcare, you will play a vital role in the clinical supervision of LPNs and CNAs on our team. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to LPNs and CNAs on our team
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Act as a charge nurse for the unit or serve as the point of contact for the facility as needed
Requirements:
- VA Registered Nurse License (RN) required
- BLS or Associates Degree required
- 1 year nursing experience preferred (will consider new grads)
