Clinical Leadership Opportunity

The Lemich Clinic for Military Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the clinical direction of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of mental health professionals
* Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Participate in strategic planning and decision-making

**Requirements:**

* Active, unrestricted LPC license in Virginia
* Registered with Virginia as a clinical supervisor
* Competent in military culture

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Work experience with active duty military or veterans
* EMDR-Certified therapist in good standing with EMDRIA
* Psychological testing experience
* Couples counseling experience
