Clinical Supervisor for Frail Elderly Population

Job Summary:
Sentara Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a clinical supervisor for our PACE program. This role requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills to oversee the care of our frail elderly participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs on the shift for a specific unit
- Act as the charge nurse for the unit or serve as the point of contact for the facility
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to Sentara's standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
- VA Registered Nurse License (RN)
- BLS or Associates Degree
- 1 year nursing experience (preferred)
