Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient HRIS Analyst to enhance our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in overseeing HR information systems, focusing on reporting, data accuracy, and system enhancement. This role is crucial for optimizing the functionality of our HRIS and advancing our HR objectives.

Primary Duties:

Create and deliver reports and analytics to facilitate HR operations and strategic decisions. Sustain and improve the HR information system to align with organizational requirements. Guarantee data integrity, precision, and confidentiality within the HRIS. Work collaboratively with HR and IT departments to execute system upgrades and improvements. Offer user support and training for HRIS features. Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and protocols. Aid in the formulation and documentation of HRIS workflows and guidelines. Keep abreast of HRIS developments and best practices to propose system enhancements.

This role provides a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office and the remaining time remote.

Required Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience with HRIS platforms, ideally in a professional services environment. In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and industry best practices. Expertise in data analysis and report creation, with the capability to communicate insights effectively using Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with ERP system deployment and project management is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with technical platforms such as Costpoint, Cornerstone, PowerBI, and iCIMS.
