Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient HRIS Analyst to enhance our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in overseeing HR information systems, focusing on reporting, data accuracy, and system enhancement. This role is crucial for maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of our HRIS while supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Duties:
- Create and produce reports and analytics to facilitate HR operations and strategic decision-making.
- Manage and refine the HR information system to align with organizational requirements.
- Ensure the integrity, precision, and security of data within the HRIS.
- Work collaboratively with HR and IT departments to execute system upgrades and improvements.
- Offer end-user assistance and training on HRIS functionalities.
- Perform regular audits to guarantee adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Aid in the formulation and documentation of HRIS processes and protocols.
- Keep abreast of HRIS trends and best practices to suggest system enhancements.
This role provides a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office and the remainder remote.
Required Qualifications
Note: We do not provide sponsorship for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience with HRIS systems, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of HRIS platforms and industry best practices.
- Expertise in data analysis and report generation, with the capability to communicate insights effectively using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with ERP system implementation and project management is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with technical platforms such as Costpoint, Cornerstone, PowerBI, and iCIMS.
