Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient HRIS Analyst to enhance our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will possess substantial expertise in overseeing HR information systems, focusing on reporting, data accuracy, and system enhancement. This role is crucial for optimizing the performance of our HRIS and facilitating our HR strategies.

Key Duties:

Create and produce reports and analytics to assist HR operations and strategic decision-making. Manage and refine the HR information system to align with organizational requirements. Guarantee data integrity, precision, and security within the HRIS. Work collaboratively with HR and IT departments to execute system upgrades and improvements. Offer user support and training on HRIS functionalities. Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and protocols. Aid in the formulation and documentation of HRIS processes and protocols. Keep abreast of HRIS trends and best practices to propose system enhancements.

This role provides a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office and the remainder remote.

Required Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience with HRIS systems, ideally in a professional services environment. Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS platforms and industry best practices. Expertise in data analysis and report generation, with the capability to effectively convey insights using Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with ERP system implementation and project management is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with technical platforms such as Costpoint, Cornerstone, PowerBI, and iCIMS.
