Job Overview

MaxHealth is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Front Office Coordinator to support our patient check-in and check-out processes. This role involves collecting co-payments, scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Miami- Sunset Drive

To qualify, candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience in a medical office setting and familiarity with EMR systems are preferred, with eClinicalworks experience considered a plus.

Starting Salary: $17.00 per hour.


Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring that we consistently deliver attentive and empathetic patient care. You thrive in this patient-centric environment, warmly welcoming patients upon arrival, assisting with appointment scheduling, guiding patients through necessary paperwork, and maintaining confidentiality throughout your daily responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Word, Outlook, and facility management systems. EMR/EHR experience is preferred.
  • A basic understanding of medical terminology is advantageous.
