Job Overview

Braman Motors Inc is seeking a highly skilled and professional Automobile Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage and coordinate all front office activities, including scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and professional work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; experience in the automotive industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
