We are looking for a Pediatric Services Coordinator to be an integral part of our Family Services team. In this role, you will collaborate with both administrative and clinical staff to manage, evaluate, and resolve all service inquiries related to pediatric therapy and preschool services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake interviews with parents or guardians to gather vital information and create tailored care plans for children.
  • Assess service requests to ensure accurate scheduling based on established criteria.
  • Enhance accessibility to services for families while maintaining a compassionate approach that prioritizes patient needs.
  • Represent the School of Imagination brand by creating a welcoming first impression for new patients.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, connecting families with the most suitable services and professionals based on their specific needs.
  • Develop expertise in child development and related challenges.
  • Assist families in overcoming barriers by facilitating the acquisition of necessary documentation.
  • Guide parents through insurance processes and advocate for timely service appointments.
  • Exceed expectations through your knowledge, support, and commitment to serving children and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in a role that merges clinical and administrative tasks.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare; a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and a willingness to learn clinical protocols.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations involving children.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8 am and 6 pm.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build meaningful connections.
  • A strong desire to work in a patient-centered environment.
