Patient Care Coordinator Role

Sedgwick is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Manage and coordinate patient referrals, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Collaborate with vendors, claims adjusters, and case managers to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process and manage billing information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support quality programs and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
