Visionary Leader for Racial Equity and Community Development

The Meyer Foundation seeks a seasoned leader to serve as Vice President, Program and Community, driving the organization's mission to build an equitable Washington region.
This role will oversee all programmatic activities, ensuring alignment with the Foundation's goals and values. The ideal candidate will bring leadership and strategic abilities, with a proven track record in developing effective strategies and managing high-performing teams to advance racial equity.
The Vice President will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to determine and implement program strategy, leveraging the current strategic plan and building the Foundation's capacity as a thought partner, leader, and convener in the Greater Washington region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and communicative leader to join the Meyer Foundation team and contribute to the organization's mission to address systemic racism and promote racial equity.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of racial justice work, leadership and team management skills, and experience developing strategies and action plans that support a bold mission.
They will also be able to navigate and serve as a leader in a time of organizational change, with an entrepreneurial approach to impact and a demonstrated ability to forge dynamic partnerships and coalitions.
