About the Role

The Design Production Manager - In House Architect will work closely with the Development teams to drive project success from concept to completion. This key role involves overseeing design processes, coordinating with internal and external consultants, and ensuring timely delivery of construction documents. With a strong focus on multifamily development, this position requires 5+ years of architectural experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Development teams to drive project progress and ensure timely completion of construction documents
  • Coordinate with internal and external consultants to secure complete project documents within the allotted timeframe
  • Develop and maintain detailed pre-development schedules to track progress and foster accountability on each project
