Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Job Overview:- This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in social work and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interview clients to assess their needs and develop individualized plans.
- Provide case management services, including connecting clients with community resources and coordinating appointments.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
