Program Director for Community Development

At Project Self-Sufficiency, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director for Community Development to lead our efforts in providing comprehensive services to low-income families. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as counseling, social work, or child development, and at least 3 years of experience in program coordination, management, and supervision. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Triple P program, including recruitment, marketing, and facilitation. This position also involves collecting and analyzing data to inform ongoing monitoring and improvement of the program.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, on-site childcare, and a 401K plan.
