Program Development Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Program Development Associate to join our team at Project Self-Sufficiency. In this role, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at promoting economic self-sufficiency among low-income families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching best practices and emerging trends in program development and delivery;
  • Developing and submitting grant proposals to secure funding for program initiatives;
  • Collaborating with community partners to develop and deliver targeted programming;
  • Evaluating program outcomes and making recommendations for improvement;

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and 401K matching.
