Economic Empowerment through Parenting Services

Project Self-Sufficiency is a renowned non-profit organization that has been helping low-income families achieve economic self-sufficiency for over 35 years. We are now seeking an experienced Parent Education Program Manager to lead our Triple P program, which aims to improve parenting practices and promote healthy family relationships.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of the program, including staffing, training, service delivery, and reporting. They will also participate in recruitment and outreach efforts, ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting, and develop relationships with community organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in facilitating program curriculum to adults, and proficiency in technology, including database and spreadsheet applications. They will also possess excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and a commitment to promoting economic empowerment through parenting services.
