Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our team at Project Self-Sufficiency. As a Social Worker, you will provide case management services to low-income families, including crisis intervention, group work, and supportive counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake interviews with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide referrals and support services.
  • Foster client engagement by setting goals and providing ongoing support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in social work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a generous benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. On-site childcare is also available.
