The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and experience in career guidance and assessment, academic instruction, behavioral assessments, and community service projects.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including health insurance, 401K plan, and on-site childcare.

As a Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering employability skills training curricula in a group setting
  • Facilitating transition services
  • Creating and maintaining databases
