Position Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Office Manager in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will be tasked with effectively overseeing office functions, managing inventory of office supplies, maintaining essential documentation, and handling billing processes. The ideal individual should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Managing office operations to guarantee productivity
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
  • Offering comprehensive support to staff and clients
  • Accurately preparing and dispatching invoices in a timely manner
  • Safeguarding client financial records

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office management or related administrative positions
