Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Accounting, this role involves leading a team and overseeing the global process for the creation of customer master records. Responsibilities include managing the daily operations related to customer master setup to support Business Operations and Sales Operations teams. This position will also require close collaboration with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams, as well as business partners from BU Finance, Sales Operations, Trade Compliance, and IT teams, to manage customer reporting hierarchies and key attributes essential for financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer master management and revenue/accounting roles within high-tech or similar sectors.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Experience managing global offshore resources is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Cloud environments is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
