Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize NAND memory trim to enhance performance and reliability in high-density storage applications.
2. Collaborate with NAND design and system development teams to spearhead technology and product advancements.
3. Define, implement, and execute performance and reliability testing for NAND flash memory; analyze and communicate findings to cross-functional teams for product and process enhancements.
4. Work closely with process, design, reliability, and system groups to ensure effective product support, memory qualification, and production ramp-up.
5. Engage in a collaborative environment that connects storage business units, technology development, and manufacturing.

Qualifications:
This role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Material Science, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates should possess:
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics and advanced semiconductor processes.
- Familiarity with experimental design and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in scripting languages and statistical analysis tools preferred.
- A proven track record of achieving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
