Compensation: The salary range for this position is $79,000 to $105,966.64, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the Credit Union's core values and service standards in alignment with our mission and vision.
- Exhibit a strong member service focus, both internally and externally.
- Foster teamwork in all interactions with colleagues and in the execution of responsibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality of member information.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Develop and manage the master marketing calendar and project timelines.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams and departments.
- Oversee internal legal and compliance processes.
- Assist in reviewing marketing content for accuracy and quality.
- Plan, produce, proof, and distribute marketing campaigns and materials, including coordinating printing and delivery.
- Ensure all campaigns and collateral adhere to project deadlines.
- Implement campaign strategies and timelines for seamless execution and delivery.
- Act as the marketing team's liaison for internal and external project implementations.
- Evaluate the success of marketing promotions and analyze reporting data.
- Utilize internal communication processes to keep all staff informed about promotions.
- Assess the effectiveness of the Credit Union's marketing efforts and report findings to the Vice President/Marketing Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills for planning and prioritizing tasks, along with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Experience in crafting professional communications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in proofreading and layout review.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in various PC software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet workload demands and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Must be bondable.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Vice President/Marketing Director.
Supervisory Role:
This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
