Job Overview

Boston Analytical is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate with clients, sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure project details are captured and aligned.
    • Manage project materials, procurement, and initiation to support project plans.
  • Project Execution
    • Monitor and report project status to clients and stakeholders.
    • Address project issues through risk-based approaches and project meetings.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure high-quality deliverables are prepared and delivered on time or ahead of schedule.
    • Document and assign action items, and ensure efficient execution.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and related compliance regulations and guidelines.
