Expert Avionics Technician

HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Avionics Technician to join our team in Marana, AZ.
As an integral part of our aviation support services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing aircraft avionics systems.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose, repair, inspect, modify, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment.
- Meticulously document all work performed according to industry regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding complex electrical engineering drawings.
- Adhere to established work rules, company policies, and procedures.
- Airframe, A&P, or FCC License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in avionics maintenance.
- Experience with Boeing aircraft is a significant advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possession of a standard aviation tool kit and etched tools is mandatory.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and FAA drug and alcohol screening checks are essential.
- Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
- Work comfortably within an aircraft maintenance hangar and ramp environment.
