Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Director to lead our Flight Avionics Department. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of electrical subsystems for our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers and technicians
  • Develop and implement electrical subsystem designs and architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Manage department overhead expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that department team members are performing to cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 6 years of leadership experience
  • Experience with EVMS, budget management, and cost, schedule, and performance tools
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Expert knowledge and experience leading a multi-disciplined department
  • Systems engineering thought process with analytical skills background
  • Able to network and influence outside of the Flight Avionics Department
