  • Provide technical mentorship and support to team members as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on project performance utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical/business discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading and facilitating project management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
