As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming client inquiries. Establishing effective communication with clients is crucial, as it shapes their initial perception of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients.
  • Prioritize client care above all other tasks, ensuring clients feel valued and appreciated.
  • Exhibit a courteous and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
  • Answer calls promptly, adhering to the company’s approved greeting.
  • Consistently reach out to Club Membership clients.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers regarding open estimates.
  • Review calls managed by the off-site call center, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • During low call volumes, assist with dispatching service and maintenance requests to optimize scheduling efficiency while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Prepare thank-you cards for sold estimates for mailing.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized daily.
  • Secure the office at the end of the day.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound call handling.
  • Proficient in making outbound sales calls.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient typing skills and adaptability to new software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A self-driven individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and client-focused approach.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and collaborative skills.
