Position Overview:
This is a REMOTE/HYBRID opportunity.

The Healthcare Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting both clinical and non-clinical teams to navigate the evolving challenges within the healthcare sector. By leveraging both immediate and long-term opportunities, this position aims to enhance growth and operational efficiency across various care settings.

The primary responsibilities encompass a holistic approach to the operations of hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Key focus areas include workforce support and technological systems assistance.

In collaboration with workforce operations, this role is pivotal in fostering excellence across all operational dimensions, providing essential tools, training, and expertise to drive sustainable improvements and positive outcomes.

This strategy is designed to invigorate the culture within our hospitals and clinics by prioritizing our most valuable asset—our people—while establishing a robust foundation for long-term financial stability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement findings from Comprehensive Assessments
  • Support key performance indicators that drive overall operational strategy
  • Assist in Improvement Projections
  • Engage in Action Plan Management and Performance Analytics tracking

Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity involving systems applications and/or analytics is required.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
Preferred Education:
An advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) is advantageous.

Skills:
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Capability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated capacity for independent decision-making, autonomy, and adaptability.
