Overview:


Under the guidance of the Nursing team, you will engage in a variety of tasks to provide clerical and administrative assistance.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining patient records, managing room assignments, processing unscheduled registrations, entering orders/charges, handling physician requests, and ensuring the availability of necessary office supplies.

You will assist in operational support tasks, collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of a team, and understand the significance of collective objectives.

You will respond to patient inquiries within your authorized knowledge and skill set. Your duties will be performed in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Other: A working knowledge of medical terminology, typing, and computer data entry skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for guest relations are necessary.
