We seek an individual with proven administrative capabilities and a proactive approach. This position is based at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance to management and staff
  • Supporting daily office operations
  • Creating and preparing reports (including production and purchase orders)
  • Maintaining organized filing systems
  • Generating purchase orders and managing goods receipt
  • Tracking inventory of consumables
  • Offering backup support for payroll functions and monitoring leave and attendance
  • Conducting basic accounting tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with data entry and retrieval from an MRP system
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Adherence to all safety protocols
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and fully understand English

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, kneel, see, talk, hear, and lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Work in a clean and organized office setting
