About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Resilience Director to lead our Americas region. As a key member of our Corporate Operations Group, you will be responsible for driving the business resilience agenda across the Americas, working closely with the Global Head of Resilience based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business resilience program for the Americas region, ensuring the organization's ability to anticipate, withstand, respond, and recover from disruptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and operationalize an effective resilience framework, leveraging your extensive resilience background and strong leadership expertise.
  • Manage risks related to business resilience, ensuring the right level of visibility and action across the region.
  • Communicate and deliver growing regulatory requirements in resilience and related subjects, leveraging your operational resilience expertise.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging risk areas and leverage your network to bring in external insights and opportunities.
