Business Development and Growth Manager

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Capture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the National Capital Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Becoming familiarized with the company's vision and mission
- Setting and accomplishing revenue and other growth-related goals and objectives
- Identifying potential new clients and new opportunities through market research
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
- Assisting with drafting proposals, sales presentations, reference material, and other collateral as required
- Managing multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Scheduling and attending meetings with prospective customers, including assisting with and conducting webinars and seminars
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or a similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience leading winning proposal efforts
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while handling multiple tasks
- Strong organization and task management skills
- Demonstrated networking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
