Business Development and Growth Manager

Job Summary: Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Development and Growth Manager to drive sales and expand our presence in the National Capital Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with state, local, and federal customers to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting proposals, sales presentations, and other collateral as required.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or a similar field.
- Strong organization and task management skills.
- Demonstrated networking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
