We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who excels in delivering exceptional client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, coordinating service appointments, and serving as a crucial link between clients and our skilled technicians. Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly and courteously greet customers in the service department; a positive attitude is essential.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively communicate repair requirements to technicians.
  • Utilize low-pressure, high-integrity techniques to promote additional services.
  • Provide precise estimates for repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow established policies regarding vehicle care and operations.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Manage and sell extended warranty options.
  • Inspect the quality of repairs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for collection.
  • Review and clarify repairs and associated costs with clients.
  • Address minor customer issues and complaints professionally.
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of any problems or potential issues.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership standards.
