Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm greeting to customers in the service department, ensuring a courteous and prompt reception.
  • Engage with each customer to thoroughly understand their needs and relay those requirements to the technicians.
  • Promote additional services with integrity and without pressure, ensuring customers feel informed and valued.
  • Deliver precise estimates for repair and maintenance services.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle care and operational standards.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Facilitate the sale and management of extended warranties.
  • Oversee the quality of repairs and confirm that all tasks are completed satisfactorily.
  • Notify customers promptly when their vehicles are ready for collection.
  • Discuss repairs and associated costs clearly with customers.
  • Address minor customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Keep the Service Manager updated on any issues or potential challenges.
